ABETONE (Pistoia) 31 Marzo 2011 - 2 Aprile 2011
1 Il Comune di Abetone e lo Sci Club “Pinocchio” di Pescia, unitamente alla Federazione Italiana Sport Invernali, alla Camera di Commercio Industria Artigianato Agricoltura di Pistoia e alla Fondazione Nazionale “Carlo Collodi”, con la collaborazione dello Sci Club Abetone, organizzano la XXIX edizione del “Pinocchio sugli Sci”, gare internazionali di slalom speciale e slalom gigante, riservate alle categorie: “allievi” e “ragazzi” (maschi e femmine) - delle Federazioni Nazionali, che avrà luogo in Abetone (Pistoia) nei giorni 31 Marzo / 2 Aprile 2011. Le gare saranno disputate in due manches regolamentari su due piste in contemporanea. “In tutte le gare di SL e GS, e per tutte le categorie, è obbligatorio il casco omologato da certificazione europea EN 1077 rilasciata da Ente autorizzato”.
2 Le categorie maschili e femminili, per il 2011 sono: “allievi”, nati negli anni 1996/1997 e “ragazzi” nati negli anni 1998/1999.
3 I percorsi saranno tracciati in conformità alle disposizioni vigenti nel Regolamento Tecnico Internazionale della F.I.S.
4 Possono partecipare rappresentative designate dalle singole Federazioni. Ogni squadra, in ciascuna delle due categorie, può partecipare con i seguenti contingenti:
RAGAZZI - anni 12/13 - 4 atleti
ALLIEVI - anni 14/15 - 6 atleti
L’ORGANIZZAZIONE METTERÀ A DISPOSIZIONE GRATUITAMENTE L’OSPITALITÀ AD UN MASSIMO DI 6 ATLETI E 2 ACCOMPAGNATORI; L’ECCEDENZA SARÀ A CARICO DI OGNI SINGOLA FEDERAZIONE.
Il numero degli atleti maschi e femmine è a discrezione delle singole Federazioni (esempio: Ragazzi: 2 maschi, 2 femmine o 0/4 o 4/0 o 1/3 o 3/1; Allievi: 3 maschi, 3 femmine o 0/6 o 6/0 o 2/4 o 4/2 o 1/5 o 5/1).
La Nazione ospitante potrà partecipare con un numero maggiore di concorrenti fino ad un massimo del 100% in più dei quantitativi massimi sopra indicati. Tutti i partecipanti debbono essere tesserati per la propria Federazione. Dovranno essere assicurati ed in possesso di autorizzazione scritta, firmata dai genitori. La Federazione di appartenenza dovrà autorizzare la partecipazione ed è garante dell’osservanza delle norme di cui sopra. La Nazione ospitante dovrà presentare due liste di iscrizione distinte: una per la squadra “A” ed una per la squadra “B”.
5 Saranno redatte classifiche individuali, maschili e femminili, per ogni prova e categoria. Sarà inoltre redatta una classifica combinata - slalom speciale e slalom gigante - per Nazioni stabilita per somma dei punti attribuiti ai singoli atleti secondo la seguente tabella:

Le squadre “A” e “B” della Nazione ospitante concorreranno separatamente alla classifica per Nazioni.
6 Saranno assegnati titoli individuali per lo slalom e slalom gigante, maschile e femminile: “Pinocchio d’oro” al primo e alla prima classificati di ogni categoria e specialità; “Pinocchio d’argento” al secondo e alla seconda classificati di ogni categoria e specialità; “Pinocchio di bronzo” al terzo e alla terza classificati di ogni categoria e specialità. Coppa ad ogni Nazione partecipante. Oggetto ricordo ed altri premi a tutti i partecipanti. Oggetto ricordo al Capo Delegazione.
7 Il trofeo “Pinocchio d’oro” sarà assegnato alla Nazione che risulterà prima classificata nella combinata; alla seconda e alla terza Nazione classificate: “Pinocchio d’argento” e “Pinocchio di bronzo”. Premi speciali: Alla Nazione prima classificata: Trofeo “Giancarlo Guidi”. Alla migliore atleta in assoluto: Trofeo “Evo Landini”. Al migliore atleta in assoluto: Trofeo “Vittorio Chierroni”. Al miglior atleta italiano (maschio o femmina) in assoluto: Premio del Presidente della Repubblica Italiana. A disposizione dell’organizzazione, sarà inoltre assegnato un premio “Memorial Giancarlo Giannini”.
8 Per le squadre nazionali sarà messo a disposizione, da parte dell’organizzazione, un servizio di interpretariato.

Le iscrizioni dovranno pervenire esclusivamente dalle rispettive Federazioni interessate. Tutti gli atleti partecipanti devono essere in possesso della licenza internazionale rilasciata dalla Federazione di appartenenza.
Le Federazioni mancando i punteggi F.I.S. per le categorie “giovani” sono pregate di elencare gli iscritti secondo una valutazione di merito.
10 Eventuali reclami dovranno essere presentati entro 15 minuti dall’affissione del verbale di squalifica (RIS art. 615.2.2 con le modalità dell’articolo 640).
11 Gli Enti e le persone facenti parte dell’organizzazione declinano ogni responsabilità per incidenti a concorrenti o a terzi, prima, durante e dopo la manifestazione.
12 Le Gare sono coperte da assicurazione R.C. a cura dello “Sci Club Pinocchio” di Pescia, organizzatore sportivo della manifestazione.
13 L’organizzazione metterà a disposizione gratuitamente l’ospitalità ad un massimo di 6 atleti e 2 accompagnatori; l’eccedenza sarà a carico di ogni singola federazione.
L’ospitalità comprende: il soggiorno dal giorno 30 Marzo al giorno 2 Aprile 2011 (compresi), con sistemazione in albergo, camere a non più di 3/4 letti, pasti comprensivi di una bevanda analcolica per gli atleti e alcoolica per gli accompagnatori.
Gli atleti delle squadre “A” e della squadra “B” italiana, saranno ospitati dal 30 Marzo al 2 Aprile compresi. Tessera di libera circolazione sugli impianti.
I viaggi di andata e ritorno, dalle diverse Nazioni fino ad Abetone, sono a carico di ogni singola Federazione.
14 Al presente regolamento potranno essere apportate modifiche in sede della prima riunione di Giuria.
15 Per quanto non contemplato nel seguente regolamento, vigono i regolamenti tecnici della F.I.S. e della F.I.S.I.

1 Le Ski Club “Pinocchio” de Pescia e la Mairie de Abetone et avec la Fédération Italienne Sport d’Hiver, la Chambre de Commerce I.A.A. de Pistoia, la Fondazione "C. Collodi" de Pescia avec la collaboration du ski club “Abetone” organisent la 29ème édition du “Pinocchio sugli sci” compétition internationale F.I.S. de slalom et slalom géant réservée aux catégories “Juniors” élèves et jeunes, masculin et féminin, des Fédérations Nationales, qui se déroulera à l’Abetone (Pistoia) Italie, les 31 Mars 2 Avril 2011. Les épreuves seront disputées en deux manches regulamentaires simultanément sur deux pistes. Durant toutes les compétitions SL, SG et GS et pour toutes les catégories, il est obligatoire le port du casque. Le casque doit être homologués, c’est-à-dire, correspondre aux normes en vigueur émises par une commission ministérielle, il doit porter la référence EN1077 et marqué du symbole CE (Communauté Européenne)
2 Les Catégories, masculines et féminines, pour le 2011 sont:
"Children I" catégorie internationale nés en 1998/1999
"Children II" catégorie internationale nés en 1996/1997.3 Les parcours seront tracés conformément aux dispositions en vigueur du Règlement Technique International de la F.I.S.
4 Seules les équipes officielles désignées par chacune des Fédérations peuvent participer. Chaque équipe, dans chacune des deux catégories, peut participer avec un maximum de concurrents suivant:
CHILDREN I - âge 12/13 ans - 4 athlètes
CHILDREN II - âge 14/15 ans - 6 athlètes
L’ORGANISATION METTRA L’HOSPITALITE GRATUITE A DISPOSITION D'UN MAXIMUM DE SIX ATHLETES ET DEUX ACCOMPAGNATEURS. TOUT SURPLUS EST A LA CHARGE DES DIFFERENTES FEDERATIONS.
Le nombre des athlètes hommes et femmes est à la discrétion de chaque Fédération (ex: Jeunes: 2 garçons, 2 filles ou 0/4 ou 4/0 ou 1/3 ou 3/1; Élèves: 3 garçons, filles ou 0/6 ou 6/0 ou 2/4 ou 4/2 ou 1/5 ou 5/1).
Le Pays d’accueil pourra participer avec un nombre majeur de concurrents jusqu’à un maximum de 100% en plus des quantitatifs ci-dessus indiqués. Tous les participants devront être inscrits par leur propre Fédération. Ils devront être assurés et en possession d’une autorisation écrite et signée par les parents. Le Fédération devra autoriser la participation et se porter garante pour l’observation des normes ci-dessus. Le Pays d’accueil devra présenter deux listes: une pour l’équipe “A” et une pour l’équipe “B”.5 Des classements individuels - garçons et filles - seront établis pour toutes les épreuves et catégories. Un classement combiné - slalom spécial et slalom géant - sera également établi par Pays, sur la base des points attribués à chaque athlète, selon le barème suivant:

Les équipes “A” et “B” du Pays qui accueille concourrent séparément au classement des Nations.6 Des titres individuels seront attribués pour le slalom spécial et le slalom géant masculin et féminin: “Pinocchio d’or” au premier et à la première classés de chaque catégorie et spécialité. “Pinocchio d’argent” au second et à la seconde classés de chaque catégorie et spécialité. “Pinocchio de bronze” au troisième et à la troisième classés de chaque catégorie et spécialité. Coupe à chacun des Pays participants. Objet souvenir et autres prix à tous les participants. Objet souvenir au Chef de la délégation.
7 Le trophée “Pinocchio d’or” sera attribué au Pays qui résultera classé premier dans la combiné, au second et au troisième classés: Pinocchio d’argent et Pinocchio de bronze. Prix spéciaux: au Pays premier classé: Trophée “Giancarlo Guidi”. A la meilleure athlète (femme): Trophée “Evo Landini”. Au meilleur athlète (homme) Trophée “Vittorio Chierroni”. Au meilleur athlète italien (homme ou femme): Prix du Président de la République Italienne. À disposition de l’organisation, il sera en outre assigné un prix intitulé “Memorial Giancarlo Giannini”.
8 Un interprète sera mis à disposition pour chaque équipe nationale par l’organisation.

avant le 20 mars 2011.Le Jury observera scrupuleusement ce délai, sauf retards des Services Postaux prouves. Les inscriptions devront parvenir exclusivement de la part des Fédérations intéressés. Les Fédérations qui n’auront pas les scores F.I.S. pour les catégorie “jeunes” sont priées de adresser une liste des inscrits selon l’appréciation de leurs mérites. Tous les athlètes participants devront être en possession de la licence internationale délivrée par leur Fédération.
10 Eventuelles réclamations devront être présentées au plus tard 15 minutes après l’affichage du procès-verbal de disqualification (RIS art. 615.2.2 avec les modalités de l’art. 640).
11 Les Offices et les personnes faisant partie de l’organisation déclinent toute responsabilité pour incidents aux concurrents et autres, avant, pendant et après la manifestation.
12 Les compétitions sont couvertes par l’assurance R.C., à charge du Comité Organisateur et, pour la partie sportive, par le Ski Club “Pinocchio” de Pescia.
13 Selon les règlements F.I.S., les délégations Officielles seront logées gratuitement selon le paramètre suivant:
de 1 à 5 athlètes n 0 2 accompagnateurs
de 6 à 10 athlètes n 0 4 accompagnateurs.

L’hospitalité comprend: le séjour du 30 Mars au 2 Avril 2011 (compris) avec installation à l’hôtel, chambre de 3/4 lits, repas comprenant une boisson sans alcool pour les athlètes et alcoolisée pour les accompagnateurs. Document de libre circulation pour les installations sportives. Les frais de voyage sont à la charge des différentes Fédérations.14 Au présent règlement pourront être apportées des modifications durant la première réunion du Jury.
15 Pour ce qui n’est pas prévu dans le présent règlements, sont en vigueur les règlements techniques de la F.I.S. et de la F.I.S.I.

The Ski Club “Pinocchio” of Pescia and the town administration
of Abetone with the Italian Federation of Winter Sports, the Chamber of
Commerce of Pistoia, the Fondazione "C. Collodi" of Pescia,
in collaboration with the Ski Club “Abetone”, are organizing
the 29th event of “Pinocchio on Skis". This international F.I.S.
competition in special and giant slalom, limited solely to the male and
female junior sections of the national federations, will take place on
31 March to 2 April 2011 at Abetone (Pistoia) Italy. This Competitions
will be run into two regular manches on two ski-slopes at the same time.
In all the races of SL, SG and GS, and for all categories, it is compulsory
to wear a helmet authorized by the European certification EN 1077, issued
by a legal authority.2 For 2011, the male and female categories are:
“Children I” (international category): born in 1998/1999;
“Children II” (international category): born in 1996/1997.3
The courses will be marked in accordance with F.I.S. International Technical
Regulations.4 Official representative teams, designated by each single
Federation, may participate subject to the following quota: “CHILDREN
I” :12/13 years - 4 athletes
“CHILDREN II”: 14/15 years - 6 athletes.
OUR ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE FOR FREE HOSPITALITY UP TO MAXIMUM 6 ATHLETES
AND 2 COMPANIONS. EXTRA PERSONS WILL BE AT THEIR OWN CHARGE. The number
of male and female athletes is at the discretion of the single Federation
(e.g.: Juniors I: 2 boys and 2 girls or 0/4 or 4/0 or 1/3 or 3/1;
Juniors II: 3 boys and 3 girls or 0/6 or 6/0 or 2/4 or 4/2 or 1/5 or 5/1).
The host country may participate with an up to 100 per cent higher number
of athletes. All participants must be members of the Federation which
has entered them. They must be insured and have a written authorization
signed by their parents. Each Federation must authorize the participation
and guarantee that the above rules will be observed.
The hosting Country must enter two separate registration lists: one for
the “A” team and one for the “B” team.
5 Individual ratings will be compiled for each competition and category.
A combined rating will also be drawn up - special and giant slalom - for
each country, which will show all points achieved by the athletes according
to the following list: 1st place 25 points
2nd place 20 points
3rd place 15 points
4th place 13 points
5th place 11 points
6th place 10 points
7th place 9 points
8th place 8 points
9th place 7 points
10th place 6 points
11th place 5 points
12th place 4 points

country will race separately for their nations score.
6 Individual titles male and female will be awarded in special slalom
and giant slalom. “Gold Pinocchio” to the first male and female
winner of each class and speciality; ”Silver Pinocchio” to
the second male and female winner of each class and speciality; “Bronze
Pinocchio” to the third male and female winner of each class and
speciality.
A cup to each country participating.
A souvenir and other prizes for all participants.
A souvenir for all delegation heads and for accompanying persons (chaperones,
etc.).7 The “Gold Pinocchio” trophy will be awarded to the
country which comes first in the combined specialities, the “Silver
Pinocchio” to the country which comes second and the ‘Bronze
Pinocchio” to the country which comes third.
Special prizes: To the country which is the first winner: Trophy “Giancarlo
Guidi”. To the best athlete (female): Trophy “Evo Landini”.
To the best athlete (male): Trophy “Vittorio Chierroni”. To
the best Italian athlete (male or female): the President of the Italian
Republic award. At the organization’s disposal, moreover, a prize
entitled “Memorial Giancarlo Giannini” will be assigned.
8 An interpreter service will be made available by the Organization to
the foreign teams.

with the exception of proven postal delays.
Applications shall be made only by the relevant Federations concerned.
All participants shall be holders of an international license issued by
their national Federation. The Federations are asked to kindly list the
enrolled participants (based on an evaluation of where merit), the F.I.S.
score for the junior section is missing. 10 Claims, if any, must be made
within 15 minutes after the verbal disqualification has been made known
(RIS art. 615.2.2 according to art. 640). 11 The Organization and its
members decline any responsibility for accidents suffered by participants
or third parties, before, during and after the competition.
12 The organizing committee, the Ski Club “Pinocchio” of Pescia,
has insured the event with the insurance company R.C. 13 According to
F.1.S. regulations, the official delegations will be lodged free of charge
according to the following parameter:
from 1 to 5 athletes: 2 team managers
from 6 to 10 athletes: 4 team managers.
OUR ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE FOR FREE HOSPITALITY UP TO MAXIMUM 6 ATHLETES

Hospitality comprises stay from March 30th to April 2nd 2011 (included),
in rooms having no more than 3/4 beds; meals, including one soft drink
for athletes and one alcoholic drink for accompanying persons; a ski pass
for free circulation in the skiing facilities. Travel expenses will he
paid by each Federation.

15 F.I.S. and F.I.S.I. technical regulations shall be referred to for
whatever is not included in these regulations.

1. Der Ski Club Pinocchio von Pescia und die Gemeinde Abetone sowie die Italienische Wintersportföderation, die Handelskammer I.A.A. in Pistoia, die Stiftung Fondazione "C. Collodi" in Pescia organisieren in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Skiclub “Abetone” zum 29. Mal den internationalen F.I.S. Wettkampf im Slalom und Riesenslalom “Pinocchio sugli sci”. Dieser wird ausschließlich für die Jugend (männlich/weiblich) der einzelnen nationalen Schiverbände ausgerichtet und findet vom 31. März bis 2. April 2011 in Abetone (Pistoia), Italien statt. Die Wettkämpfe finden in zwei Läufen, gleichzeitig auf zwei Pisten statt. Für alle Wettkämpfe SL, SG und GS sowie für alle Altersklassen ist das Tragen von genormten Schutzhelmen verpflichtend vorgesehen. Die Zulassung muss durch die zuständigen Ämter gemäß den Europäischen Bestimmungen EN 1077 erfolgt sein.
2 Die Altersklassen (männlich und weiblich) für 2011 sind:
“Children I” geboren 1998/1999
“Children II” geboren 1996/1997.3 Die Rennstrecken werden gemäß den internationalen technischen Bestimmungen der F.I.S. gelb abgesteckt.
4 Die einzelnen Verbände melden die von ihnen bestimmten Teilnehmer. Für jede Klasse ist folgendes Kontingent vorgesehen:
“CHILDREN I” - 12/13 Jahre - 4 Läufer
“CHILDREN II” - 14/15 Jahre - 6 Läufer
DIE ORGANISATION BRINGT MAXIMAL 6 ATHLETEN UND 2 BEGLEITER KOSTENLOS UNTER. ALLE WEITEREN PERSONEN MÜSSEN FÜR IHREN UNTERHALT SELBSER AUFKOMMEN.Die Zusammensetzung der männlichen/weiblichen Läufergruppen ist den einzelnen Verbänden überlassen (Beispiel: “Junioren I”: 2 Läufer männlich, 2 Läufer weiblich oder 0/4 - oder 4/0 oder 1/3 oder 3/1; “Junioren II”: 3 Läufer männlich, 3 Läufer weiblich oder 0/6 oder 6/0 oder 2/4 oder 4/2 oder 1/5 oder 5/1).
Die gastgebende Nation darf mit einer bis zu 100% größeren Läuferzahl teilnehmen. Alle teilnehmenden Läufer müssen eingeschriebene Mitglieder des Verbandes sein, der sie meldet. Sie müssen versichert sein und außerdem eine von den Eltern unterschriebene Einwilligungserklärung vorweisen können. Die meldenden Verbände müssen die Teilnahme genehmigen und sind dadurch Garant für die Einhaltung der vorstehenden Bestimmungen. Die gastgebende Nation wird zwei getrennte Anmeldelisten einreichen: je eine für die Mannschaft “A” und die Mannschaft “B“.5 Für jeden Wettkampf und jede Klasse werden individuelle Ranglisten erstellt, nach männlichen und weiblichen Läufern getrennt. Außerdem wird eine Kombinationsrangliste erstellt - Spezialslalom und Riesenslalom - die die von den einzelnen Läufern erzielten Punkte für jede Nation festhält. Hierbei gilt folgende Tabelle:

6 Sowohl für den Spezialslalom als auch für den Riesenslalom werden individuelle Titel vergeben, nach männlichen und weiblichen Teilnehmern getrennt: Erstklassifierte(r) “Pinocchio d’oro” (Gold) in jeder Altersgruppe und Disziplin; Zweitklassifizierte(r) “Pinocchio d’argento” (Silber) in jeder Altersgruppe und Disziplin; Drittklassifizierte(r) “Pinocchio di bronzo” in jeder Altersgruppe und Disziplin. Jede teilnehmende Nation erhält einen Pokal. Für jeden Teilnehmer sind ein Erinnerungsgeschenk und andere Andenken vorgesehen. Die Leiter der Delegationen und die Begleitpersonen erhalten ebenfalls ein Souvenir.
7 Die Trophäe “Pinocchio d’oro” wird der Nation zuerkannt, die in der Kombination den ersten Platz errungen hat; die Nationen, die den zweiten und dritten Platz errungen haben, erhalten die Trophäen “Pinocchio d’argento” und “Pinocchio di bronzo”. Sonderpreise: Erstklassifizierte Nation: Trophäe “Giancarlo Guidi”. Beste Läuferin: Trophäe “Evo Landini”. Bester Läufer: Trophäe “Vittorio Chierroni”. Bester italienischer oder beste italienische Läuferin: Preis des Präsidenten der Italienischen Republik. Das Organisationskomitee wird entscheiden, ob darüber hinaus ein Gedenk-Preis “Memorial Giancarlo Giannini” verliehen wird.
8 Den ausländischen Mannschaften stellen die Organisatoren Dolmetscher zur Verfügung.

Die Jury wird diesen Termin genauestens einhalten. Davon ausgenommen sind lediglich nachweislich von der Post zu verantwortende Fehler.
Die Anmeldungen sind ausschließlich von den entsprechenden Verbänden vorzunehmen. Alle Wettkampfteilnehmer müssen im Besitz der internationalen Lizenz ihres Verbandes sein. Jene Verbände, die keine F.I.S.-Wertung für die Klasse “Jugend” vorweisen können, werden gebeten, die Teilnehmer entsprechend einer Leistungsbewertung aufzulisten.10 Ein allfälliger Einspruch muss binnen 15 Minuten nach Anschlag des Disqualifikationsprotokolls erhoben werden (RIS Art. 615.2.2. gemäß den Bestimmung des Art. 640).
11 Die Organisatoren erklären, dass weder sie, noch die ihr zuzurechnenden Verbände und Personen für Unfälle haften, die einem Teilnehmer oder Dritten vor, während oder nach der Veranstaltung zustoßen.
12 Der “Sci Club Pinocchio”, Pescia, Organisator des sportlichen Ereignisses, hat mit der Versicherungsgesellschaft RC. für den Ablauf der Veranstaltung eine Versicherung abgeschlossen.
13 Entsprechend der F.I.S. Vorschriften werden die Vertreter der Delegationen kostenlos untergebracht, und zwar nach folgender Maßgabe:
1-5 Sportler - 2 Begleiter
6-10 Sportler - 4 Begleiter
DIE ORGANISATION BRINGT MAXIMAL 6 ATHLETEN UND 2 BEGLEITER KOSTENLOS UNTER. ALLE WEITEREN PERSONEN MÜSSEN FÜR IHREN UNTERHALT SELBSER AUFKOMMEN.
Die Aufnahme umfasst: Aufenthalt vom 30. März bis 2. April 2011 (einschließlich), mit Unterbringung im Hotel, Zimmer mit nicht mehr als 3/4 Betten, Mahlzeiten einschließlich eines nichtalkoholischen Getränks für die Sportler und eines alkoholischen Getränks für die Begleitpersonen.
Ausweis zur freien Benutzung der Anlagen.
Die Kosten für die Hin-und Rückreise der einzelnen internationalen Delegationen sind von den jeweiligen Verbänden zu tragen.14 Die vorstehenden Bestimmungen können durch die Jury bei deren erster Versamm1ung ergänzt werden.
15 Vorschriften, die hierin nicht definiert sind, werden durch die technischen Regeln der F.I.S. und F.I.S.I. bestimmt.
